Following the release of their hit debut Nothing Happens, Wallows' latest record comes in the form of Tell Me That It's Over––an eclectic mix of tracks that show the band's playfulness in their efforts to experiment with other types of sounds.

According to the group themselves, the 10 tracks on the record range from "‘lo-fi post-punk to indie-folk to early-’90s dance-pop psychedelia", which is a pretty accurate description of what the album entails. Although it may not have the catchiest hooks for TikTok, it's a great step forward that symbolizes growth in the group's artistry.
