Soul: Original Score

Pixar’s masterpiece Soul was one of the best things to come out of the year 2020. The film wasn’t merely acclaimed for it’s detailed animation or emotional story, as one of the greatest things to come out of it was the focus on music. With the efforts of award-winning musicians Trent Reznor, Atticus Ross, and Jon Batiste, the trio was able to deliver a stellar soundtrack that really captures the heart and soul of the film.

Reznor & Ross’ work on Soul focuses on the atmospheric sounds of The Great Beyond, whilst Jon Batiste’s compositions deliver the jazzy beats that protagonist Joe performed throughout the duration of the film. Both come highly recommended!
