Jung Jae-Il’s heavily underrated score to the phenomenal award-winning film Parasite is one of the best that I’ve heard in the past few years. Utilizing baroque influences and a heavy set of strings to capture both the playful and ominous moods set by director Bong Joon-Ho on screen, this score is a masterful example of a score that serves as the perfect accompaniment to what’s happening on the screen.

This limited edition pressing is available on “Oscar Gold” colored vinyl, in order to celebrate the historic win of the film at the 2020 Oscars earlier this year. Highly recommended!
