Although we lost Jun Seba aka Nujabes way too early, we're glad that we were able to get Modal Soul as one of his remaining works of art here on Earth. Initially released only on the CD formats 16 years ago, the first ever vinyl pressing is finally here––so listeners can appreciate the fusion of jazz samples and dusty drums on the analog format.

Modal Soul is especially revered by audiences with how smooth and head-nodding of a listen it is, pushing along the genres of hip-hop even further than Seba's prior works out there.
