Midsommar: Original Score (Limited Edition Numbered 180g “Flaming Orange” Vinyl)

Bobby Krlic’s (a.k.a. The Haxan Cloak) score to Ari Aster’s magnificent Midsommar has got to be one of the most eerie and unsettling scores that we’ve heard in the world of film. Despite utilizing his compositions to build up on the film’s ambience of dread and downright creepiness, Krlic also manages to do the opposite by crafting pieces which had made certain key moments in the film serene and peaceful as compared to what audiences were witnessing on the screen.

Aside from being one of the best flicks to come out of 2019, Krlic’s score also managed to make its way into our list of the best scores from that same year. This repress is pressed on a limited edition variant on “Flaming Orange” colored vinyl to make it fitting for the fiery last scene that left audiences too stunned to say anything.
