Arca's 2017 self-titled third studio album, Arca, hit it's 5th Anniversary this 2022, and we can't believe it's been this long since the monumental record made it's impact on the world. Alejandra Ghersi's masterpiece is one that breaks boundaries to come out as an emotionally enrapturing and conceptually thrilling output that has only aged like fine wine since it's release.

The experimental nature of the album's production combined with Ghersi's personal touch to the music makes for such an enticing listen, all the while humanizing her alien sound design and unique sonic universe. It's an ambitious project that was certainly way ahead of it's time, which also served as a trailblazer to modern electro-pop today. Highly recommended!
