Orders, Reservations, and Pre-Orders:
Welcome to Acetate Music's new webstore! Here are our steps on how to order:
- Browse through our extensive catalogue at www.acetate-music.com, select the title you'd like to purchase. Once you're at the product page, click Add to cart. (If the add to cart button is unavailable, this means that the item is currently sold out. Sign up for an in-stock notification to be notified once it gets restocked!).
- Once the item is added to your cart, click the View Cart button if you're ready to check out and pay. If you'd still like to add more to your cart, then click Continue shopping.
- From the Check Out Page, input the details your email address, full name, complete shipping & billing address, and contact number.
- Choose your Delivery Method. Options include next-day delivery via Grab Express/Lalamove/Mr. Speedy for deliveries around Metro Manila, and LBC Shipping for provincial delivery. To those who will avail of Metro Manila deliveries, please include the specific pin location and nearest landmarks.
- Select your Payment method. Review your entries. Finally, click Complete order. Upon completing your order, you will be redirected to a confirmation page with details about your order. A copy of this will be sent to your email as well.
- Orders coursed through via Bank Transfer & GCash will be given up to 3 days to send completed payment. Failure to send payment confirmation by then will result in the immediate cancellation of your order.
- Once an item is in your cart, this does not immediately guarantee that the item is yours. To secure the item as yours, the item must be checked out as soon as possible.
- Pre-Orders are subject to delays due to the still ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic worldwide. However if there are any delays, we will notify you right away. ☺️
Return Policies & Guidelines:
Once an order has been placed, we cannot cancel the order as ALL VINYL + DVD + MEDIA SALES ARE FINAL.
HOWEVER, we can accept returns, refunds, and/or exchanges for products that are defective, as we cannot always guarantee a perfect copy if the item purchased is still sealed in it's original packaging.
Some examples of defective records include heavily warped ones that are unplayable, duplicate records (in a 2XLP set), and those that are severely scratched and are borderline unplayable. However, minor issues such as corner dings, seam splits, surface noise, and minor skips and/or pops, and more are not eligible for the above. If any issue persists, kindly message us about and we will try to help you as much as possible. Please also note that we do not accept cancellations/returns due to the reasoning of a "change of mind" or "mistaken" order confirmation.
Validity of returns and refunds is only up until one week on the receiving of the item

Bogus Buyers & Resellers Policy
Due to a number of unfortunate incidents which have occurred in the past, we would like to reaffirm that we do not tolerate bogus buyers who lay claim they'll be getting an item––only for them to back out or ghost on us at the last minute. Not only is this a hassle to us, the seller, but it is highly unfair to those who would like to get the item that was ordered. When submitting your order, please make sure that you intend on getting the item.
We reserve the right to refuse sales to anyone for any reason at any time, this includes resellers of limited releases (Limited Editions, Exclusives, RSD, etc.) Multiple orders can be cancelled without notice, as we highly discourage sales/shipping to known resellers. Additionally, we have the right to cancel any order which we may deem suspicious due to fraud.
Delivery Guidelines
For customers in Metro Manila, orders can be delivered via Grab, Lalamove, and Mr. Speedy for same or next day shipping. Shipping timelines are available from 11 AM-5:30 PM on Mondays to Saturdays for both Same & Next Day delivery options.
For provincial orders, we use LBC Shipping (which is Tracked & Insured) as an available option for those outside Metro Manila, with shipments being sent out once every week. Gogo Express (Tracked & Insured) is also a viable option, but we will not be responsible for the state of the item upon delivery.
